Text Box: Volume 1  Issue 1   Text Box: Once again we will have a Full Moon series at Yukon BMX. Last year was a huge success and the series has become a much anticipated event among our families.  The series will begin on May 9th and our final Full Moon celebration will be held October 30th. There will be a total of 7 Full Moon races. The top three point winners will get special prizes to be announced at a later date. So gear up, it’s right around the corner. Look for more details to come very soon!  

Text Box: 2nd Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration Race Text Box: Volunteers

Text Box: May 5th will mark the date for our 2nd annual Cinco de Mayo celebration race. Last year we had a huge turn out and so much fun. We will have piñata’s for the kids and a jalapeno eating contest for the brave, who has what it takes to win it this year? We need parents to start donating candy now for the piñata’s. Bring bags of individually wrapped candy to the sign up window at any race or practice, no gum please. Text Box: We are just getting started with a new year of BMX racing. You hear us all the time asking for volunteers. Please ask what you can do to help out. It takes many people helping out to make our track great and fun for everyone.

Text Box: BIG Race Weekends this year at Yukon BMX Raceway

Text Box: Yukon BMX will host many fun events this year. · May 15th, 16th & 17th will be our Oklahoma State Qualifier weekend at Yukon BMX. May 15th will be a single point race. May 16th will be a double point race and May 17th will be a double point race (state qualifier). · June 26th, 27th & 28th will be the Sooner State Games and Race for Life weekend. June 26th will be a single point race. June 27th will be a single point race (Sooner State Games). June 28th will be our annual double point benefit race for Race for Life. If you didn’t participate in the Sooner State Games last year you surely won’t want to miss it this year. This will be the 2nd Annual Sooner State Games event. We give out medals, Olympic style on the podium! The Race for Life is a benefit race where all proceeds go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. No membership is required for this one race of the year so bring all your friends and family and let them race for this great cause! More info to come soon about all of these events.
