Yukon BMX NEWS
  • Track rebuild coming soon! We are going to need lots of volunteers.

  • Thank you to Chad Eitel and family for providing a water slide and donating the money for a moon bounce and giving us such a fun day!

  • Thank you to Dale, Brenda and Sally for having a Yukon BMX swimming party at your house!

  • August 16th Redline's very own Jason Carnes will be coming to Yukon BMX for a FREE clinic. The clinic is open to the first 40 Novice and Intermediate riders. All 40 spots are full. We are SO excited about this opportunity!

  • We will use the ABA cadence for the entire 2010 race season. We will run the random gate for 20 minute time slots on practice nights only so that our riders may get used to the new cadence before the ABA changes over in January 2011.

  • Check it out! We got a new playground! When you spend your money in the concession stand or buy merchandise it goes back into the track for improvements. I know many of you who have wished for a long time for something for the non-racers in your family to do. Thank you Ralph, Chris Lafever, Dave Anderson and Jeremy Powell for going to pick it up and putting it together for us. Thanks to Crosslands Rental in Yukon for the use of their trailer.

  • We have had a concrete pad poured in the front of the building. No more cinder blocks for steps! Thank you so much to Rich and Riley who volunteered their time for this project, we GREATLY appreciate it! It looks AWESOME! Improvements to the track like this new concrete pad is one example of what we mean when we say your entry fee's and concession money goes back into the track.

  • We now have an awning up over the concrete pad. Several of our guys worked many hours Saturday May 9th getting it put up. Thanks to Dave Anderson, Mark Metzger, Ralph McCloskey, Rick Sills, Marc Bradway, Jeremy Powell and Jason Teddy. Also, thanks Jason Teddy for the awesome hookup discount on the awning! Also thanks to Tori Sills for helping me plant flowers in our flower bed and cleaning the building.
